New Rep-Rap Snappy (yet another fork) design can be 70% printed. Including all 3 axis' motion rails and the rack and pinion gears for motion.
Someone needs to print part of it on a sintering machine to make something truly reliable.
Of course before your rack or pinion or rail wears out you can always print a new one..
